This Privacy Policy applies to personal data processed through: myscadaworld.com; SCADA World course and account systems; checkout integrations used by SCADA World; support and contact channels; email communications; analytics and similar technologies used on our websites and learning services.
Third-party providers may also process personal data under their own privacy notices.

Full payment-card details are normally processed by the relevant payment provider rather than being stored directly by SCADA World.

These providers may process data independently or on our behalf depending on the particular service and legal role involved. SCADA World may receive order, payment-status, subscription, and customer information necessary to deliver training and provide support.
7. Other Service Providers
We may use service providers for website hosting and content delivery, video hosting and streaming, authentication, learning-platform functionality, transactional email, email marketing, analytics, customer support, and security and error monitoring.

- Kit (ConvertKit) - email communication and marketing;
- Cloudflare Pages - website hosting;
- Bunny.net (Bunny Stream) - video hosting and streaming for course content;
- Google Analytics 4 and Meta (Facebook) Pixel, via Google Tag Manager - website/product analytics.
We may replace providers as our technical stack evolves, provided appropriate data-protection safeguards are used where required.
8. International Data Transfers
SCADA World serves users internationally and may use providers located in different countries.
Where personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area or another jurisdiction that restricts international transfers, appropriate transfer mechanisms are used where required, which may include adequacy decisions, Standard Contractual Clauses, or other legally recognized contractual or transfer safeguards.
