1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
SCADA World offers a straightforward 30-day money-back guarantee on course purchases, subscriptions, and lifetime-access products.
If you are not satisfied for any reason, contact lukasz@myscadaworld.com within 30 days of your purchase date and you will receive a full refund of that purchase.
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer right that applies in addition to this guarantee.
2. Product-Specific Guarantees
If a product page, checkout page, or written offer expressly includes a different money-back guarantee, refund period, or other refund promise, that promise applies to the relevant purchase according to the conditions presented before payment.
3. Refund Requests After 30 Days
Outside the 30-day guarantee window, we may still approve a full or partial refund where, for example: you were charged more than once for the same purchase; a clear billing error occurred; a technical issue caused by SCADA World prevents access to the purchased content and we cannot resolve it within a reasonable time; the digital product materially differs from the description presented before purchase; another exceptional circumstance makes a refund reasonable.
Where permitted by law, refund decisions may take into account account activity, course usage, downloads, previous refunds, and evidence of abuse.
4. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel a recurring SCADA World subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals.
The 30-day guarantee in Section 1 applies to your first payment on a subscription. Outside that window, and unless applicable law or an express product-specific guarantee provides otherwise: cancellation does not automatically refund a billing period that has already started; access normally continues until the end of the paid billing period; no further recurring payment is collected after cancellation becomes effective.
Use the cancellation or subscription-management method available for your purchase. If you cannot locate it, contact lukasz@myscadaworld.com.
5. Trials and Introductory Offers
Where a subscription includes a free or paid trial or introductory offer, the checkout states the applicable: duration; amount due during the trial, if any; regular recurring price; renewal conditions.
To avoid a regular recurring charge, cancel before the applicable renewal. A nominal fee charged for a paid trial (for example, $1) is not covered by the 30-day guarantee, which applies to the first full-price payment.
6. Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions are billed for the period presented at checkout. Cancellation prevents the next annual renewal.
The 30-day guarantee in Section 1 applies to your first annual payment. Outside that window, and unless applicable law or an express guarantee requires otherwise, cancellation does not automatically create a prorated refund for the remainder of a paid annual period.
7. One-Time and Lifetime-Access Products
One-time and lifetime-access purchases are covered by the 30-day guarantee in Section 1. Outside that window, they are generally non-refundable unless: applicable law provides a mandatory right; a product-specific guarantee applies; SCADA World approves a refund under Section 3.
8. Digital Content and Consumer Withdrawal Rights
Consumers in some jurisdictions may have statutory withdrawal or cancellation rights.
For digital content supplied immediately, applicable law may allow the statutory withdrawal right to be lost after performance begins where the consumer has expressly requested immediate performance and acknowledged the relevant legal consequence.
Where legally required, this consent and acknowledgement should be collected during checkout before immediate access begins.
Nothing in this policy removes any mandatory right that continues to apply.
9. Duplicate, Incorrect, or Unauthorized Charges
If you believe that: you were charged twice; the amount charged is incorrect; a transaction was not authorized by you - contact us promptly at lukasz@myscadaworld.com and, where appropriate, use the support or dispute process offered by the payment provider shown on your receipt or statement.
Do not send full payment-card details by email.
10. How to Request a Refund
Contact: lukasz@myscadaworld.com
Include: the email address used for the purchase; the product purchased; the approximate purchase date; the reason for the request.
We may request additional information reasonably necessary to locate the purchase and assess the request.
11. Refund Method
Where a refund is approved, it will normally be returned through the original payment method or payment provider.
The time required for funds to appear depends on the payment provider, payment method, card issuer, or financial institution.
12. Abuse
Where permitted by law, a refund may be refused if there is evidence of: fraud; repeated refund abuse; substantial consumption or copying of digital content followed by an abusive refund request; account sharing in breach of the licence; chargeback manipulation.
13. Mandatory Consumer Rights
Consumers may have statutory cancellation, refund, withdrawal, or conformity rights depending on their country or region.
Nothing in this Refund Policy excludes or restricts rights that cannot legally be waived.
